Chip and Linda Conover founded Leucadia Pizzeria in 1981, building a 40-year legacy that began in Encinitas and expanded to this UTC location. The scratch-made kitchen crafts gourmet pizzas that go beyond traditional—think Roasted Garlic Shrimp, Thai Chicken with spicy peanut ginger sauce, and Pear & Blue Cheese with candied walnuts.
