Paul Franza left his art career behind in 2011 when he and partner Mona Vi opened Pauly's Pizza Joint, but the Brooklyn native found a new canvas: pizza dough. Born in Brooklyn and raised in New Jersey's Italian food culture, Paul brings authentic East Coast thin-crust pizza to this small Miramar spot where 16 varieties wait under the heat lamps, ready by the slice.
