When a husband and wife followed their east coast pizza dream to California in 1980, they planted roots on Mission Boulevard that would span generations. Their son Nam started as a dishwasher, learned every secret of the family's homemade dough and sauce recipes, and when his parents retired, he seized the chance to carry the torch forward. Today, Rosaria Pizza thrives under Nam's stewardship as a beloved Mission Beach staple between Belmont Park and Pacific Beach. The patio with picnic tables and an outdoor fire pit overlooking Mission Boulevard draws large families and beachgoers who pile into fun chairs for 18-inch giants loaded with everything from Supreme (eight toppings!) to Buffalo Chicken with bacon.
