Since 2008, Pastalini has been serving Miramar's business district with a revolutionary concept: pasta exactly the way you want it. Founded by A. Gerassi, who grew up eating Mediterranean meals made from scratch, the restaurant turns Italian tradition into interactive dining. In-house pasta machines produce fresh shapes daily—angel hair to spinach fettuccine—while proprietary California-Italian sauces get assembled to order right before your eyes. But it's not just pasta: thin-crust pizzas loaded with everything from BBQ chicken to three cheese on white sauce, plus made-to-order calzones and panini on fresh-baked bread. Those praised garlic knots come with almost everything. Open six days a week, Pastalini proves healthy can be delicious when everything's made from scratch.
