Jeffrey Fink and Matt Sieve, the restaurateurs behind Madison on Park and Madi, opened Sonny's Pizza in May 2025, transforming a 100-year-old former auto shop in University Heights into a Brooklyn-inspired pizzeria channeling 1980s Northeast pizza culture. Step inside and you're greeted with wood paneling, vintage decor, and retro touches that feel authentically lived-in, not staged. The mezzanine dining area overlooks the action while the outdoor patio—strung with lights and adorned with murals—buzzes with energy most nights.
